Asiana Airlines Doubles Flights from Gimpo to Osaka

Asiana Airlines (President & COO: Young-Doo Yoon) will be providing 7 weekly additional flights from Gimpo to Osaka starting from the 13th of November this year. Asiana currently has 7 weekly flights from Gimpo to Osaka but with the additional 7 weekly flights a total of 14 weekly flights will be available.
Flights will depart from Gimpo International Airport at 5:00 pm (local time) and arriving at Kansai International Airport at 6:40 pm (local time) the same day. From Kansai, flights will depart to Gimpo at 7:40 pm (local time) and arriving at Gimpo at 9:30 pm (l! ocal time) the same day.
Asiana currently only operates morning flights from Gimpo to Kansai (Gimpo departure at 8:40 am, Kansai departure at 11:30am). For business purpose passengers traveling in a day’s schedule, it was previously inconvenient for the passenger to travel from Gimpo in the morning to Osaka and returning to Korea via Incheon International Airport in the afternoon. But with the additional flights to Osaka, both Gimpo and Kansai now have flights leaving in the afternoon. It is highly anticipated that the new schedule will provide convenience for business passengers traveling on a day’s schedule between the two countries.
